We wish to inform you that, at the 79[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 31[st] July, 2025, the Shareholders of the Company have approved the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm Registration No. P1988MH009800), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for 1[st] term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 till the Financial Year 2029-30.

The details as required under Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 (as amended) are enclosed as Annexure A .
