Monday, 21 April 2025, concluded its earnings conference call with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds on the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025 (“Financial Results”).

Dr. Anish Shah, Chairman, Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Saurabh Taneja, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jignesh Parikh, Company Secretary, and Mr. Hemant Sikka, Additional Director (effective from 22 April 2025) represented the Company at the said earnings conference call. The Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds were briefed on the published Financial Results, overall performance of the businesses of the Company and general industry update, followed by a Question & Answer session with the management.
