Further to our intimation dated 13 April 2024 giving advance intimation of the earnings conference call for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2024 and in compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has today viz. Tuesday, 23 April 2024, concluded its earnings conference call with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds on the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2024 (“Financial Results”).

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director & CEO and Mr. Saurabh Taneja, Chief Financial Officer represented the Company at the said earnings conference call. The Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds were briefed on the published Financial Results, overall performance of the businesses of the Company and general industry update, followed by a Question & Answer session with the management.
