Further to our letter dated 12 October 2023 giving advance intimation of the earnings conference call for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2023 and in compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (15) of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has today viz. Wednesday, 25 October 2023, concluded its quarterly earnings conference call with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, which are subjected to Limited Review, for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2023 (“Financial Results”).

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director & CEO and Mr. Saurabh Taneja, Chief Financial Officer represented the Company at the said earnings conference call. The Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds were briefed on the published Financial Results, overall performance of the businesses of the Company and general industry update, followed by a Question & Answer session with the participants.
