Sub: Outcome of interactions with Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds - Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

This is further to our letter dated 22 July 2019, wherein we had given advance intimation of an earnings conference call scheduled today viz. Friday, 2 August 2019 with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/ Funds on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 1[st] quarter ended 30 June 2019, subjected to Limited Review (“Q1 FY 2020 Financial Results”).

In compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has today viz. Friday, 2 August 2019, concluded its Earnings conference call with several Analysts/Investors/Funds on Q1 FY 2020 Financial Results.
