The Share Transfer and Allotment Committee has approved allotment of:

a. 13,986 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS - 2012) and
-
b. 25,000 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employee pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2006 (ESOS - 2006).
Pursuant to above allotments, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,76,03,530 to Rs. 154,79,93,390 and subscribed & paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,60,71,640 to Rs. 154,64,61,500.
