Sub: Upcoming Board Meeting of the Company and Trading Window Closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 4[th] February 2022 to consider, inter-alia , the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ending on 31[st] December 2021.

In view of the above and pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons and immediate relatives of designated persons’, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1[st] January 2022 to 6[th] February 2022 (both days inclusive). Hence, all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window remains closed.
