Sub: Cessation of Office of Independent Director

Dear Sir,

The Shareholders of the Company at the 18[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25[th] July, 2017 had approved appointment of Mr. Bharat Shah as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from 1[st] August, 2016 upto 31[st] July, 2021.

Mr Bharat Shah has expressed his desire to retire at the end of his tenure on 31[st] July, 2021 from the position of an Independent Director of the Company.

Accordingly, Mr. Bharat Shah will cease to be an Independent Director of the Company effective 31[st] July, 2021.
