1. Retirement of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 31[st] December, 2020

Mr. Suhas Kulkarni, General Counsel and Company Secretary will retire from the position of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours as on 31[st] December, 2020. The resultant vacancy shall be filled by the Board of Directors within the prescribed time limit.

2. Appointment of the Compliance Officer w.e.f. 1[st] January, 2021.

In the interim, effective 1[st] January, 2021, Mr. Ankit Shah, who is a qualified company secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company and is re-designated as ‘Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Officer’.

Term of appointment	In view of the vacancy caused due to retirement of Mr. Suhas Kulkarni, General Counsel and Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, Mr. Ankit Shah, who is a qualified company secretary, is re-designated as ‘Assistant Company Secretary & Compliance Officer’ of the Company.
Brief Profile	Mr. Ankit Shah is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in Law (LL.B) from University of Mumbai. He has an experience of 12 years in the realm of Corporate Laws. He is associated with the Company since last 5 years. His previous stint was with Tata Group where he was entrusted with the responsibility to develop and implement compliance processes.
