The same is also hosted on the website(s) of the Company (www.railtel.in ), Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com ), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com) and NSDL (www.evoting.nsdl.com) . Pursuant to the Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has engaged the services of Depository viz. NSDL to provide the remote e-voting facility.
