Further to our letter of even no dated 07.05.2025 & in compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of MTNL vide Circular Resolution dated 17.05.2025 has confirmed the appointment of Shri Sudhakararao Papa as Director (Technical) on the Board of MTNL w.e.f. 09.05.2025 i.e. the date of assumption of charge of the post vide Letter No. E-22/2021-PSA dated 07.05.2025 of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India for a period of one year w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.

Shri Sudhakararao Papa assumed the charge of the post of Director (Technical) on the Board of MTNL w.e.f. 09.05.2025. Brief Resume will be forwarded to you at earliest.

Further, it is hereby kindly affirmed that Shri Sudhakararao Papa, is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
