Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We inform your good self that the Company in its Board Meeting held on February 25, 2022, have approved to offer Corporate Guarantee to Mahalaxmi Exports Private Limited (CIN: U17299GJ2019PTC110673) - Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company.
Promoters cum Directors of the Company are also Directors in WOS. The Company has given the Collateral Security by way of extension of Equitable Mortgage of the property of the Company and has given the Corporate Guarantee to WOS Company against the credit facilities of Rs. 5.50 Crores (Rupees Five Crores and Fifty Lakhs only) sanctioned by Bank of Baroda, New Cloth Market Branch, Ahmedabad for the Business Purpose of WOS Company at arm length basis.
