In continuation of our earlier intimation on Stock Exchange dated January 27, 2022 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for the Designated Persons, has been already closed from January 01, 2022 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2021 for the Financial Year 2021-22 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
