In continuation of our earlier intimation on Stock Exchange dated September 28, 2021 regarding Closure of Trading Windows, the Trading Windows for dealing in securities of the Company for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, has been already closed from October 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Second Quarter and Half Financial Year ended on September 30, 2021 and the trading window shall re­ open thereafter.
