Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the administrative office of the Company, inter-alia to consider following business:

1. To consider and approve Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.

2. To discuss and appraise the business activities of the Company.

3. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman of the Company.

In continuation of our earlier intimation on Stock Exchange dated September 29, 2020 regarding Closure of Trading Windows, the Trading Windows for dealing in securities of the Company for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, has been already closed from October 01, 2020 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2020 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
