Magontec Limited - Issue of Ordinary Shares in Respect of Exercise of Performance Rights Cleansing Notice Under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

This cleansing notice is given by Magontec Limited (ASX: MGL) (Company) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

The Company advises that it has issued 842,858 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) on 29 February 2024.

Pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) the Company is providing this notice under paragraph (5)(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act;

• c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

  • b. section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed pursuant to section 708A (6)(e).

An application for quotation of securities (Appendix 2A) with respect to the Shares issued has been lodged with ASX today.
