MAGONTEC LIMITED – Alteration to Timetable For Renounceable Rights Issue

On Friday 7 December 2012 Magontec Limited (the Company) despatched, to all eligible shareholders, the Prospectus and Rights Application form.

On the Contents page (page 1) of the Prospectus, the timetable for the various events associated with implementation of the Rights Issue is shown.

The Company has decided to extend the closing date for acceptances by one business day from 21 December 2012 to 24 December 2012. Consequently the advertised timetable will alter as follows.
