MAGONTEC LIMITED – Appointment of Mr Shun Li as Alternate Director

Mr Shun Li has been appointed by Mr Kang Min Xie to act on his behalf as an alternate director in accordance with clause 14.9 of the Company’s constitution.

Mr Shun Li graduated from Qinghai University with a degree in accounting. His recent work experience in Qinghai Salt Lake Industries Limited is as follows.

• September 2010 to December 2012 - audit department;

• December 2012 to July 2016 - Deputy Section Head of Equity Management section (Investment Department);

• July 2016 to present - Section Head Securities Affairs (within Secretary’s Department) and Securities Affairs Representative.

The Board has accepted the appointment effective from 25 October 2017 and the appointment will remain effective until withdrawn by Mr Kang Min Xie
