Appointment of Mr Yong Li as Alternate Director

Mr Yong Li has been appointed by Mr Kang Min Xie to act on his behalf as an alternate director in accordance with clause 14.11 of the Company’s constitution.

Mr Li is Secretary of the Board of Qinghai Salt Lake Industries Co. Ltd the publicly listed parent of Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Co. Ltd.

The Board has accepted the appointment effective from 29 May 2014.
