Board Appointment

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Günter Franke as an Executive Director to the Board from 3 August 2011.

Mr Franke is the Managing Director of Magontec Limited, AML’s new wholly owned magnesium alloy and anode manufacturing business. Mr Franke has been an employee of Magontec (previously Norsk Hydro Magnesiumgesellschaft mbH) since 1975. In 1996 Mr Franke was appointed to the role of Managing Director and has held this role for the last 15 years.
