NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE TO THE BOARD

The following Board change has occurred, effective from close of business 9 July 2007:

Mr Ian Hartnell

Mr Ian Hartnell, Managing Director has tendered his resignation today to pursue a number of other interests. Mr Hartnell has been an executive with the Company since July 1987, and Managing Director since November 2004.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Hartnell for his significant contribution to the Company over the past 20 years and wishes him well in his retirement.

The Board has asked Stuart Fitton to take on the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
