Magontec Limited – 2020 Annual General Meeting Wednesday 29 July 2020 11:00am

By special dispensation afforded to all Companies with a reporting date of 31 December 2019, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has permitted such Companies to hold their 2020 AGM no later than 31 July 2020 rather than by the legislated date of 31 May 2020. The ASIC dispensation is by way of a “no action” undertaking against those Companies availing themselves of the dispensation.

Magontec considered it prudent to take advantage of this dispensation. Consequently, the Company’s 2020 AGM will now be held on the date shown in the heading. The material pertinent to the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders on Thursday 25 June 2020 including notice of the venue and an altered process for conduct of the meeting.

The Company’s quarterly report as at 31 March 2020 is expected to be provided to shareholders (via the ASX Company Announcement Office) in the week commencing 20 April 2020. This report will also include an update to shareholders.
