Magnora ASA: NOK 1 billion returned to shareholders as of 16 August

With payments of NOK 4.187 per share due on 16 August, Magnora's total return of capital to shareholders touches NOK 1 billion.

Since 2018, under new leadership, Magnora's renewables strategy has generated 829.6 MNOK of payouts to shareholders in the form of dividends and return of capital. In addition, the Group has distributed 70 percent of its legacy business through the demerging and listing of Hermana Holding ASA on the main list of the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The cash distribution on 16 August is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par value of the Magnora share.
