MAGNORA ASA: Share capital increase in relation to the exercise of share options

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Magnora ASA ("Magnora" or the "Company") on 21 August 2024 regarding the exercise of share options by the Chairman.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the register of Business Enterprises.

The share capital was increased by NOK 11,953.57719880779 through the issuance of 30,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.3984525732935930.

The new share capital of Magnora is NOK 26,210,937.44719881 divided into 65,781,825 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.3984525732935930.
