Haakon Alfstad, CEO of Magnora Offshore Wind AS, has exercised 50,000 of his

share options in Magnora ASA. Following this acquisition, Alfstad's remaining

balance of share options in Magnora ASA is 200,000.

Bård Olsen, CFO of Magnora ASA, has exercised 25,000 of his share options in

Magnora ASA. Following this acquisition, Olsen's remaining balance of share

options in Magnora ASA is 125,000.
