Mr. Gunerius Pettersen has of today received proxies without voting instructions for 3.176.995 shares at the annual general meeting of Sevan Marine ASA on 24 May 2018 (the "AGM"), representing approx. 6,04% of the total number of shares and votes in the company.

In addition, Mr. Gunerius Pettersen holds 518.530 shares in Sevan Marine ASA, representing approx. 1,0% of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
