Vinci Concessions acquiring Helios Nordic Energy AB: Closing is completed with payments of NOK 868 million to be released

As of Thursday 11 July, French infrastructure group Vinci is the owner of all shares in Helios Nordic Energy. The full upfront payment of EUR 73 million (NOK 868 million) will be released from escrow and distributed among the sellers without undue delay.

Magnora's board of directors has approved an extraordinary return of NOK 4 per share. Additional details on ex date and payout date will follow upon reception of the upfront payment.
