Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 26 August 2024 at an average price of NOK 24.23

per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Sanness controls 669,442 shares in Magnora ASA,

which equals 1.02 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Sanness also holds 295,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
