Torstein Sannes, Executive Chairman of Magnora ASA, has purchased 35,000 shares

in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 15 August 2023 at an average price of NOK 30.70

per share. Following this acquisition, Torstein Sannes controls 629,442 shares

in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.94 percent of the issued shares and votes in the

company. Mr. Sannes also holds 325,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
