Trond Gärtner, SVP Business Development of Magnora ASA, has purchased 2500

shares in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 17 January 2021 at an average price of

NOK 23.4 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Gärtner controls 7,000 shares in Magnora ASA,

which equals 0,01 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Trond Gärtner also holds 25,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
