Magnora ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - CFO buys Magnora shares

Bård Olsen, CFO of Magnora ASA, has purchased 2,100 shares in Magnora ASA (“Magnora”) today 9 April 2021 at an average price of NOK 27.86 per share.

Following this acquisition, Bård Olsen controls 26,000 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.05 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Olsen also holds 50,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
