Erik Sneve’s total ownership after this trade directly and through affiliated ownership through close family and other accounts is 574,919 shares, which equals 1.09 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Erik Sneve also holds 450,000 share options in Magnora ASA.

Bård Olsen, CFO of Magnora ASA, has purchased 2,000 shares in Magnora ASA (“Magnora”) today June 19th, 2020 at an average price of NOK 7.74 per share.
