Magnora ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – Chairman buys Magnora shares

Torstein Sannes, Chairman of Magnora ASA, has purchased 50,000 shares in Magnora ASA (“Magnora”) today June 22nd, 2020 at an average price of NOK 7.70 per share.

Following this acquisition, Torstein Sannes controls 76,950 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.15 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Sannes also holds 450,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
