Date of AGM and Closing Date For Director Nominations
Magnetite Mines Limited (ASX:MGT) ( Company ) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday 29 November 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of a Director. In accordance with Clause 7.1(p)(i) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be consideration for election as a Director is Friday 8 October 2021.
Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 8 October 2021.
