P. H. Glatfelter Company (the "Company") reported that Brian E. Janki, Senior Vice President and Business Unit President - Specialty Papers, and a named executive officer, will be resigning from the Company effective on or about April 8, 2016, to accept a position with another company. The Company will announce succession plans in the near future.
