I enclose herewith Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The Promoter and Promoters Group together with PACs held 22,25,046 (52.575%) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Magna Electro Castings Limited.

I, Ajeya Vel Narayanaswamy (Promoter Group) acquired 30,000 (0.709%) Equity Shares of the Company by way of Gift from my Grand Mother Smt. N Muthulakshmi (Promoter) and there is no change in total holding of The Promoter and Promoters Group together with PACs 22,25,046 (52.575%) Equity Shares of Rs.10 each in Magna Electro Castings Limited since the transfer was effected among the promoters.

Hence, Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, for the transfer of 30,000 (0.709%) Equity Shares of Magna Electro Castings Limited with full details of shareholdings of the Promoters pre and post transfer (acquisition) of transactions are enclosed.
