APPOINTMENT OF NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPENDIX 3X NOTICE

The Directors of Magmatic Resources Limited (“Magmatic”) are pleased to advise the - appointment of Mr. Andy Viner as a Non executive Director of Magmatic.

Mr. Viner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) from Curtin University and is currently Managing Director of gold explorer Alloy Resources Limited. He has over 35 years’ experience in exploration, development, and mining in Australia and Asia.

Andy brings significant expertise and experience to Magmatic, which is particularly relevant to the company’s agreed purchases of three gold exploration projects (which are subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Shareholders’ General Meeting on 15 October 2019).

An Appendix 3X, being the Initial Director Interests Notice for Mr. Viner is attached to this release.
