Cerreto Guidi (FI), 10 giugno 2024 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" o la "Società"), società leader nella produzione di nastri adesivi personalizzati e sistemi di chiusura per il body care per infanzia e adulti, comunica di aver depositato presso il Registro delle Imprese di Firenze in data 10 giugno 2024 il nuovo Statuto aggiornato a seguito della conversione delle n. 400.000 Price Adjustment Shares Seconda Tranche in altrettante n. 400.000 azioni ordinarie di compendio Magis, come anticipato nel comunicato stampa del 27 maggio u.s..
Lo Statuto aggiornato, tenuto conto anche dell'emissione nuove azioni ordinarie a seguito dell'esercizio dei warrant nel mese di maggio, è disponibile sul sito internet della società www.magis.it (sezione Corporate Governance).
La nuova composizione del capitale sociale, interamente sottoscritto e versato, è pertanto la seguente:

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL
Cerreto Guidi (FI), 10th June 2024 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" or the "Company"), leading manufacturer of customised adhesive tapes and fastening systems for body care for nappies and adults, announces that the new bylaws were filed on June 10th, 2024, with the Companies Register of Florence following the conversion of n. 400,000 Price Adjustment Shares Second Tranche into n. 400,000 ordinary shares, as previously announced on May 27th .
The updated bylaws, also taking into account the issue of new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants in May, are available on the company website www.magis.it (Corporate Governance section) and the new composition of the fully subscribed and paid-up share capital of Magis is therefore as shown below:
