Cerreto Guidi (FI), 08 Agosto 2025 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" o la "Società"), società leader nella produzione di nastri adesivi personalizzati e sistemi di chiusura per il body care di adulti e infanzia, rende noto ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, di aver ricevuto in data odierna da Lazard Frères Gestion S.A.S., comunicazione di aumento della propria partecipazione al di sopra della soglia di rilevanza del 5% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto della Società avvenuto in data 30 luglio 2025. In particolare, il suddetto azionista dichiara di detenere n. 302.381 azioni ordinarie Magis pari al 5,20% circa del capitale sociale con diritto di voto.
Per tanto, sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, detengono una partecipazione superiore al 5% del capitale con il diritto di voto di Magis i seguenti azionisti:

COMMUNICATION PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN REGULATION
Cerreto Guidi (FI), 08th August 2025 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" or the "Company"), leading manufacturer of customised adhesive tapes and fastening systems for adult and infancy body care, announces, pursuant to the Transparency Regulations and art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations, that it received today from Lazard Frères Gestion S.A.S., notice of the increase of its shareholding above the relevance threshold of 5% of the share capital with voting rights of Magis, which occurred on July 30, 2025. In particular, the aforementioned shareholder declares to hold no. 302,381 Magis ordinary shares equal to about 5.20% of the share capital with voting rights.
Based on the communications received from shareholders and the information currently available to the Company, the following shareholders hold a stake exceeding 5% of the voting capital of Magis:
