Appointment of joint Company Secretary

The Board of Magellan Financial Group Limited (ASX: MFG) (the “Company”) wishes to advise that effective today, Ms Mariana Kolaroski has been appointed as joint Company Secretary of the Company. Ms Kolaroski is also nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 as an additional person responsible for communication with the ASX with regard to listing rule matters.

Ms Marcia Venegas continues in the role of Company Secretary of the Company and remains responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX with regard to listing rule matters.
