We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company (‘the Board’) at the meeting held today i.e. February 12, 2021, have approved

1. Appointment of Mrs. Riddhima Doshi, President as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2021 who shall hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting

2. Appointment and remuneration of Mrs. Riddhima Doshi as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f February 01, 2021

Mrs. Riddhima Doshi in her role as President handles Banking, Finance, Export realisations and day to day functioning of Udaipur Division. She is also actively involved in work related to setting up of engineered stone plant at Oman. Considering the nature of work, responsibilities borne and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved appointment of Mrs. Riddhima Doshi as Additional and Whole Time Director on the Board of the Company.
