Description
Mader Group Limited (‘MAD’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Monday, 30 September 2019.
Official quotation of MAD’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Tuesday, 1 October 2019.
MAD raised $49,836,527.80 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 August 2019 (‘Prospectus’) by the transfer of 48,365,264 shares at the price of $1.00 per share and 1,634,736 shares at the offer price of $0.90 per share.
