Leadership Transition

Perth, Australia – 20 March 2023 : Mader Group Limited (ASX:MAD) advises that NonExecutive Chairman, Mr James (Jim) Walker, has tendered his resignation and will step down from the Board, effective at close of business on 21 April 2023.

Mader’s Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Justin Nuich commented “Jim leaves Mader after presiding over a period of significant growth in shareholder value and I would like to sincerely thank him for his contributions to the Company. It has been a pleasure to work under his stewardship and I wish him all the best for the future. He leaves the Company in a strong position, poised for further growth.”

The Company further advises that current Executive Director, Mr Luke Mader, will step into the role of Executive Chairman, effective 21 April 2023.
