Annual General Meeting Information
Perth, Australia – Friday, 5 September 2025. Mader Group Limited (ASX:MAD) confirms its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 31 October 2025 commencing at 9:00am (AWST) at:

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 9:00am (AWST) Friday, 12 September 2025, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
