Annual General Meeting Information

Perth, Australia – 11 August 2022: Mader Group Limited (ASX:MAD) confirms its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 7 October 2022 commencing at 9:00am (AWST) at:

Mader Group Limited Hkew Alpha Building 2 George Wiencke Drive Perth Airport, WA 6105

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 9:00am (AWST) Thursday, 18 August 2022, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
