Annual General Meeting information
Perth, Australia – 11 August 2021: Mader Group Limited (ASX:MAD) confirms its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 7 October 2021 commencing at 9:30am (WST) at:
Suite A1, Hkew Alpha Building 2 George Wiencke Drive Perth Airport, WA 6105
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 9:30am (WST) Monday, 18 August 2021, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Nominations can be sent by email to [email protected] or sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
