Made Tech, a leading provider of digital, data, and technology services to the UK public sector, announces that it was notified on the 8 October 2024 that Wayne Searle, Chief People & Enabling Services Officer, and Charlotte Searle, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Wayne Searle, have undertaken a series of transactions in order to execute ISA and SIPP transfers, net of transaction costs (as set out below).
Following this transaction, Wayne Searle's aggregate beneficial holding, including his PCA interests, is 296,228 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
