Made Tech Group plc, a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector, announces that Neil Elton, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 209,937 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.29 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Neil Elton's total beneficial interest in the Company is 209,937 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
