Made Tech Group plc, a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector, announces that Joanne Lake, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has today purchased 20,833 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Joanne Lake's total beneficial interest in the Company is 41,324 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.  

The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with Article 19.3 of UK MAR is set out below.
