Kogi Iron Limited (ASX: KFE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Kogi Iron Limited (‘KFE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of KFE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 25 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Australian based iron ore and steel development company, Kogi Iron Limited (ASX: KFE) (Kogi Iron, or the Company) requests a halt be placed on its securities immediately in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement in respect of a capital raise.

Kogi Iron is not aware of any reason that a trading halt should not be placed on its securities. The trading halt is expected to be lifted by no later than commencement of trading on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, pending release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising.
